エージェントベースのライセンス

注: コントローラテナント UI のライセンスのモニターおよび管理は、購入した Splunk AppDynamics ライセンスによって異なります。エージェントベースのライセンスモデルでライセンスを購入した場合、UI にはエージェント測定単位に基づく使用量データが表示されます。これに対し、インフラストラクチャベースのモデルでは、統一パッケージ測定単位に基づくデータが表示されます。「オンプレミスのライセンス使用状況の確認 v24.7」を参照してください。

License Summary Dashboard

To view license usage, go to User > License.

Click on a license to view consumption limits. The graphs show the cumulative license usage over the specified period, even though the license usage count is reset daily. To view your license usage for one day, set the time range to 23 hours and 59 seconds.

User Experience

The User Experience dashboard provides information about the following license usage:

  • mobile real user monitoring applications and browser real user monitoring applications
  • hosted synthetic agent
  • private synthetic agent
  • session replay
  • application instances for IoT for connected devices
  • network metrics for ThousandEyes network monitoring for browser real user monitoring applications and mobile real user monitoring applications
For real user monitoring, you can view the following license usage information:
  • Total token consumed by the mobile real user monitoring applications and browser real user monitoring applications.
  • Token consumed by the mobile real user monitoring applications for a time period.
  • Token consumed by the browser real user monitoring applications for a time period.

For hosted synthetic agent, you can view the following license usage information:

  • Synthetic time block usage by Browser Synthetic Monitoring and Synthetic API Monitoring.

For private synthetic agent, you can view the following license usage information:

  • License units used by either Browser Synthetic Monitoring or Synthetic API Monitoring.

For session replay, you can view the following license usage information:

The license usage information helps you to:

  • allocate the licenses for the applications.
  • estimate the license required for applications based on consumption.
  • plan license purchases during renewals.

Account Usage Reporting

From the Reporting tab, you can generate license usage reports for one or more applications. The report shows the license units used and the usage of the APM microservice units. You can also export the license usage data as a CSV file.

  1. Go to User Profile > License.
  2. Click Reporting.
  3. Select one or more applications you want to view usage.
  4. Click Show Usage.

  5. Click Export Usage Data to save the report as a CSV file.

アプリケーションとマイクロサービスの使用状況

[LICENSE USAGE REPORTED] には、APM SKU に関連するライセンスユニットの使用状況の 2 つの異なる行が表示されます。一番上の行には、APM SKU に使用されているライセンスユニットの合計が表示されます。そのすぐ下の 2 行目には、マイクロサービス SKU の使用に起因するライセンスユニットの数が表示されます。2 番目の行の数値は、最初の行の合計ライセンスユニットのサブセットを表し、マイクロサービスに明示的に割り当てられている APM SKU ライセンスの数を示します。

データ ストレージ

割り当てられた保存容量が表示されます。製品を選択し、タイムラインにカーソルを合わせると、各イベントタイプのデータ消費量を確認できます。

  • Stored：保存されているデータの量を表示します。
  • Overage：データ損失の原因となった保存容量を超えているデータの量を表示します。

Secure Application ライセンスの概要

Secure Application のエージェントベースのライセンスを確認するには、[User > License > License] に移動します。概要には、有効期限とユニット数は含まれますが、使用量は含まれません。次の例を参照してください。
