Support Advisory: .NET Agent 25.2.0 Removed from NuGet Gallery and Docker Hub

The NET Agent 25.2.0 Docker image has an entry-point utility that currently prevents agent files from extracting when the agent runs. The NuGet packages for .NET Agent 25.2.0 also contain an incorrect file, which may cause certain issues in .NET applications. However, this does not affect the .NET Framework applications. This issue is also present in the agent package for Azure AppService Site Extension. Due to these issues, .NET Agent version 25.2.0 has been removed from the NuGet Gallery and Docker Hub.
